1. General Terms
Welcome to niceph23. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and niceph23 ("niceph23", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website and mobile platform available at niceph23.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the niceph23 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on niceph23, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. niceph23 strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes all reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
- You must be a resident of, or physically located in, the Philippines at the time of using the platform.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of niceph23 or any of its affiliated game providers and payment processors.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the niceph23 platform or any affiliated platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- Online gambling must not be prohibited by any law applicable to you personally based on your residence, employment, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
niceph23 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
By registering on niceph23, you declare and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above. Providing false information to bypass eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on niceph23. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held in them.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your niceph23 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. niceph23 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your niceph23 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. niceph23 may suspend your account temporarily pending security verification in such cases.
3.3 KYC Verification
niceph23 is required to verify the identity of members under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a government-issued ID (Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's licence, or similar), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed.
KYC verification protects you and niceph23 from fraud and identity theft. Documents submitted for verification are handled under our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties except as required by law.
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete. Accounts found to have provided fraudulent identity documents will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
niceph23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. niceph23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.
niceph23 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, some financial institutions or e-wallet providers may apply their own processing fees — niceph23 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Responsible Deposit Limits
Members may request voluntary deposit limits through the niceph23 account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to protect against impulsive decisions during gaming sessions.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
niceph23 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible members. All promotions are subject to the general terms below and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Each promotion is available once per member, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be used for wagering on the niceph23 platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in each promotion's terms. Unused bonuses expire after the stated period.
- niceph23 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it believes the member is abusing the promotion system or violating these Terms.
- Free spins winnings may be subject to maximum win caps as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
The niceph23 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. Specific percentage matches, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are published on the niceph23 promotions page and may change without prior notice.
niceph23 publishes full bonus terms on every promotion — wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bets during wagering, and time limits are all stated clearly before you claim. If any detail is unclear, contact support before accepting a bonus.
5.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering
When a bonus is active on your niceph23 account, a maximum bet per spin or per wager applies — typically ₱500 per spin for slots and ₱2,000 per bet for sports. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
5.4 Wagering Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements on niceph23. JILI slots and most video slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets at minimum odds of -200 contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in individual promotion terms.
6. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on niceph23. These are general rules — specific sports may have additional rules published in the niceph23 sportsbook rules section.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets on niceph23 are subject to acceptance at our discretion. niceph23 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum bet amount for any member or event, or void bets placed on events where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being published.
6.2 Settlement
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled on the final result of the event unless the specific market type specifies otherwise (for example, first-half result bets settle on the half-time score regardless of the full-time outcome).
6.3 Postponed and Abandoned Events
If a scheduled event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 24 hours of the original kick-off time, bets will remain active for the rescheduled event. If the event is postponed beyond 24 hours or abandoned without a result being reached, all bets are voided and stakes returned to members' niceph23 wallets. For events abandoned after a result could be determined (for example, football matches with 90 minutes completed), niceph23 reserves the right to settle on the result at the time of abandonment.
6.4 Errors and Palpable Mistakes
If odds are published on niceph23 that are clearly erroneous — for example, significantly different from market consensus due to a data feed error — niceph23 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Members will be notified and stakes returned. niceph23 will not honour winnings generated from clearly erroneous odds.
If you notice what appears to be an obvious error in odds on niceph23, please notify our support team. Deliberately betting on erroneous odds to generate winnings is considered fraudulent behaviour under these Terms.
7. Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on niceph23 — including JILI slots, jackpot slots, live table games, fishing games, and roulette — are operated using independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are the theoretical long-term rates certified by the game developer.
7.1 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino session on niceph23, the affected round may be voided and your stake returned. niceph23 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the technical failure not occurred, nor for any losses sustained during the failed round.

9. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on niceph23. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
- Registering more than one account on niceph23, or assisting another person in registering an account in violation of eligibility rules.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or play casino games on niceph23.
- Exploiting game errors, software bugs, or technical faults to generate winnings — and failing to report such faults to niceph23 support.
- Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
- Using niceph23 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using a payment method or funds that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraudulent activity.

- Circumventing any responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion, through the creation of new accounts.
niceph23 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will provide member data and transaction records in response to lawful requests in connection with suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Suspected fraud is reported to AMLC.
10. Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by Member
You may close your niceph23 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Balances below the withdrawal minimum will be forfeited upon closure unless you request an exception from support.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by niceph23
niceph23 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms or any other applicable niceph23 policy.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behaviour.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- Protection of the integrity of the niceph23 platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, niceph23 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account at the time of closure. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant on niceph23 after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Before applying any dormancy fee, niceph23 will notify the member by email and SMS to their registered contact details. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts after this notification period. Members can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

12.3 Entire Agreement
